One of the amazing traits of the Mediterranean Sea is the clear blue water, which makes it a phenomenal place to scuba dive! But as with everything, if not done properly it could be a disaster. Akdeniz Adventures has partnered with the best diving company in Fethiye (some would even say all of Turkey) to bring you the ultimate, safe underwater adventure.
We offer 2 main options (although if you’re interested in more training, that can be arranged as well):
Try Dive.
You get to try diving in a safe, fun environment. A real diving experience for complete beginners! You will be given a short introductory lesson on basic diving concepts, followed by a sea dive in small groups with an instructor.
Before we take you diving you will be given a theory lesson, by our qualified instructors, which will introduce you to the equipment you will use under-water and explain the rules you’ll need to follow. You will then experience two dives, each lasting 20 minutes.
After the theory lesson you will be split into groups of 4 to 5 people, each accompanied by 3 or 4 instructors and assistants. If necessary, you can dive ‘one-on-one’, independent from the group. Each dive starts from the beach and for your safety this first dive will be at a depth of 3 – 5 meters.
The first dive is at a slow and relaxed pace with plenty of time to familiarize yourself with your equipment and surroundings. In this dive you can hand feed the fish and have your photos and video taken in this new world by our special photographer.
Between the first and second dives you will have plenty of time on the boat to sunbathe or go for a swim. After the specially prepared lunch you will be ready for your second dive.
The second dive will be a maximum of 5 meters and is more of an underwater tour.
Remember to bring:

Trip Duration: 4-5 hours
IMPORTANT: Any person over the age of 45 and suffering from a medical condition require a doctor’s note to dive.
All divers must be 14 years or older.
$800 (for up to 6 people)
